2. Reservations
Reservations can be made using the online booking system available on the website or through the property's official contact channels.
The reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving official confirmation from SJ Amuri Palermo and according to the methods indicated at the time of booking.
The guest is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the booking process, including name, number of guests, and contact information.
3. Number of guests and use of the facility
SJ Amuri Palermo can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation must be used exclusively for tourist purposes and in compliance with the rules of the facility.
It is not allowed:
host a number of people greater than that indicated in the reservation;
organize parties, events or activities that may cause disturbance;
use the spaces of the facility for purposes other than the booked stay.
Guests are required to respect the property, furnishings, and objects in the house.
4. Check-in e check-out
Check-in and check-out times are communicated to guests at the time of booking or in subsequent communications.
The guest is required to provide any information necessary to properly organize their arrival at the property.
Any special requests regarding arrival or departure times will be considered subject to availability.
5. Payments and fees
The rates applied are those indicated during the booking process.
Any additional costs, local taxes, or extra services will be communicated before the final confirmation of the booking, where applicable.
Payment must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation of the reservation is free of charge up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival.
For cancellations made by 7 days until the day before check-in, will be charged 50% of the total amount of the stay.
For cancellations made from the day before arrival, the day of check-in or in case of no-show, will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
Any refunds, when applicable, will be made according to the methods and times of the payment method used.
7. House rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask that you respect the following rules:
it is forbidden to organize parties or events;
Smoking is prohibited inside the house;
smoking is permitted only on the balcony;
Guests must respect the silence and tranquility of the building;
Small pets are allowed upon prior notification and according to the property's policies.
The presence of smoke and carbon monoxide sensors contributes to the safety of guests.
8. Pets
Small pets are allowed at SJ Amuri Palermo.
Guests are responsible for the behavior of their pets and must ensure they respect the environment, furnishings, and rules of the facility.
9. Guest Responsibilities
The guest is responsible for the proper maintenance of the accommodation during the stay.
Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may be charged to the guest.
SJ Amuri Palermo is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of personal items left inside the facility.
